Refunds - As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. Once the Jaamun products are sold they can only be exchanged or replaced. You can read our exchange policy below.

Exchange -We only allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.

Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 2 days of order delivery. Kindly keep the tags intact. You should email us the photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order at ruchi@buyjaamun.com and we will take the necessary action

- Exchanges of products can be done against product(s)/store credit. 

- Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned

- Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
